Summary
Bei MYTY suchen wir ab sofort einen Business Development & Transformation Manager (m/w/d). Du denkst Business Development und Sales als integriertes System, setzt dieses um und übersetzt strategische Initiativen in messbare Wirkung. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Holding-Team, Agentur-CEOs und dem Management zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus strategischen Ambitionen konkrete, messbare Ergebnisse werden.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Etablierung eines einheitlichen Sales- und Business-Development-Modells, das über alle Agenturen hinweg Orientierung, Vergleichbarkeit und Skalierung ermöglicht.

  • Etablierung einer Single Source of Truth für kommerzielle Daten, um Potenziale, Performance und Hebel sichtbar zu machen und bessere Entscheidungen auf Gruppen- und Agenturebene zu ermöglichen.

  • Entwicklung, Skalierung und Implementierung neuer Go-to-Market-Modelle und Business-Development-Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Agenturen.

  • Identifikation strategischer Wachstums- und Transformationspotenziale in und zwischen den Agenturen sowie Übersetzung dieser Potenziale in konkrete Initiativen mit messbaren Business Impact.

  • Ownership für strategische Projekte: Zusammenbringen relevanter Stakeholder und Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Umsetzung.

  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen sowie Setzen gezielter Impulse für zukunftsorientierte, marktgetriebene Initiativen innerhalb der MYTY Group.


Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Strategie, Transformation, Business Consulting oder Scale-Ups

  • Nachweisbare Umsetzungskompetenz für komplexe Initiativen

  • Analytische Stärke, unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Tech- & Data-Affinität

  • Erfahrung mit Management- und C-Level-Stakeholdern

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise

  • Ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset und der Anspruch, Dinge nicht nur zu konzipieren, sondern wirksam umzusetzen.

Summary
At MYTY, we're immediately seeking a Business Development & Transformation Manager (m/f/d). You think of Business Development and Sales as an integrated system and implement them – translating strategic initiatives into measurable impact. In this role, you'll work closely with the holding team, agency CEOs, and management to ensure that strategic ambitions become concrete, measurable results.
Description
Key responsibilities
  • Build and establish a unified sales and business development model that enables orientation, comparability, and scaling across all agencies.
  • Establish a single source of truth for commercial data to make potentials, performance, and levers visible and enable better decisions at both group and agency level.
  • Develop, scale, and implement new go-to-market models and business development measures in close collaboration with the agencies.
  • Identify strategic growth and transformation potentials within and between agencies, and translate these potentials into concrete initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Ownership of strategic projects: bringing together relevant stakeholders and ensuring sustainable implementation.
  • Monitor market and customer developments and set targeted impulses for future-oriented, market-driven initiatives within the MYTY Group.

Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in strategy, transformation, business consulting, or scale-ups.
  • Proven implementation expertise for complex initiatives.
  • Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, high tech & data affinity.
  • Experience with management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, structured and pragmatic working style.
  • Strong ownership mindset and the ambition to not only conceptualize but effectively implement things.
