Summary
You will ensure that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day operations at both locations and that everyone feels completely at home. Whether it's employees, clients, creators, or visitors: thanks to you, the first impression is warm, the organization is on point, and the atmosphere is simply welcoming. This role is intentionally designed to be flexible, you will be given a high degree of personal responsibility, shape your own daily routine between the two locations, and independently keep your priorities in perfect order.
Description
Your Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact at both locations in person, over the phone, or digitally and ensure everyone feels immediately welcome.
You keep an eye on the office and reception areas at both the House of MYTY and HYVE, bringing your organizational talents to both locations.
As the central hub for the team, the MYTYverse, and our on-site colleagues, you coordinate everything that makes daily collaboration at both locations smoother.
During meetings, workshops, and events, you look after clients, creators, and visitors from welcoming them and booking rooms to setting up the catering.
You coordinate external service providers (cleaning, IT, facilities, catering, etc.) for both locations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
You manage mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as the restocking of snacks, drinks, office supplies, and gym essentials (yes! exactly, we have an in-house company gym).
You bring the team together for monthly formats, lunches, or small internal events with lots of heart and great planning.
What You Bring to the Table:
You have experience in office management, at reception, in hospitality/gastronomy, or as an assistant? Great! If not, we still look forward to your application if you bring plenty of motivation.
You have a friendly and professional demeanor whether dealing with clients, creators, colleagues, or service providers.
A service- and hospitality-oriented mindset is in your DNA; you love organizing and keep a clear head even when juggling multiple tasks at once.
You are flexible, mobile, and open to moving between two locations in Berlin (Mitte and Rummelsburger Bucht).
You work in a structured and independent manner, like to take on responsibility, and are eager to actively shape this role.
Familiar with Apple or Google Workspace? Have a driver's license? Nice to have but not a must.
You are open to flexibly adjusting your working hours to the needs of both locations and are occasionally available at short notice for important meetings or events.
