Senior IT Administrator*

You will be independently responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring that our IT environment remains stable and future-proof. In this role, you’ll be more than just an administrator—you’ll bring your own perspective to the table and actively help shape how we want to work in the future.

Your
TASKS

• Independent management of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network, cloud)
• Maintenance and further development of our Apple-centric environment (macOS, iOS), including mobile device management (e.g., Jamf)
• Management and optimization of our cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace)
• Management of external IT service providers and software vendors
• Acting as the interface between IT and business units—you translate requirements into solutions
• Strategic hardware and software procurement, including budget planning
• Promoting digital literacy within the company through training and consulting
• Proactive consulting on new tools, AI applications, and modern work methods

What YOU 
bring to the table

• Several years of experience in an independent IT role, ideally in an agile agency environment
• In-depth knowledge of Apple environments, MDM systems, and cloud infrastructures
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
• A structured, solution-oriented approach to work—even when things get hectic
• Interest in AI tools and new technologies—and the courage to actively implement them
• Strong communication skills at all levels: from management to external service providers
• Comfortable working in a young, agile environment with short decision-making paths
• Native-level German proficiency—absolutely required
