Die Rolle ist als Team-Lead-Position gedacht. Alternativ prüfen wir sehr starke Senior-Profile, die perspektivisch Leadership übernehmen.

AUFGABEN

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden: Bedürfnisse verstehen, beraten und Projekte strategisch führen
  • Von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live – du steuerst digitale Branding-Projekte zielgerichtet und effizient
  • Teams, Timings und Budgets planen und koordinieren – für einen stabilen Projektablauf
  • Scope, Kosten, Qualität und Deadlines steuern und Meilensteine sicher erreichen
  • Zahlenbasiert arbeiten: Forecasting, Controlling, Nachkalkulation, Ressourcenplanung
  • Impulse setzen und Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickeln (Account Development)
  • Meetings moderieren und bei Bedarf Workshops leiten
  • Qualitätsstandards sicherstellen und Zusammenarbeit im Team fachlich unterstützen
  • Herausforderungen begegnet du mit einer positiven, lösungsorientierten Haltung und überzeugst mit klarer Kommunikation
  • Du bist neugierig und bleibst stets am Puls der Zeit, um Innovationen in unsere Projekte einfließen zu lassen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise 6+ Jahre) im Projektmanagement von Branding-/Markenprojekten
  • Starkes Branding-Verständnis und Fähigkeit, Markenanforderungen in Projektentscheidungen zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Projektsteuerungs-Skills: Struktur, Stakeholder-Management, Risiko- und Scope-Handling
  • Hohe Controlling- und Planning-Affinität inkl. Zahlenverständnis (Budget, Aufwand, Wirtschaftlichkeit)
  • Souveränes Auftreten, klare Kommunikation und lösungsorientierte Haltung
  • Eigenständigkeit und Ownership – du bringst Themen proaktiv ins Ziel
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung als Team Lead / fachliche Führung (oder nachweislich Führung durch Verantwortung)
Nice to have:
Grundverständnis digitaler Umsetzungen (z. B. Website/CMS/Produktion) – keine tiefen Tech-Skills erforderlich.

Summary

As Team Lead Project Management* - in a branding environment with strong client leadership, account development and a clear focus on planning & controlling. You lead projects end-to-end, provide day-to-day leadership across teams, and bring valuable impulses that move clients and brands forward.

The role is set up as a team lead position. That said, we’re equally happy to meet outstanding senior profiles who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

Your
TASKS

  • You are the central point of contact for clients: understand their needs, advise strategically, and lead projects with confidence
  • You manage branding projects end-to-end — from concept to go-live / rollout
  • You plan and coordinate teams, timelines and budgets to ensure smooth and reliable delivery
  • You keep scope, costs, quality and deadlines under control and make sure milestones are met
  • You work numbers-driven: forecasting, controlling, project tracking, resourcing and post-calculation are part of your day-to-day
  • You set impulses and actively develop client relationships (account development)
  • You moderate meetings and, if needed, facilitate workshops
  • You ensure high quality standards and support strong collaboration across the team

What you bring

  • Several years of experience (ideally 6+ years) managing branding / brand projects
  • Strong branding understanding and the ability to translate brand requirements into clear project decisions
  • Excellent project leadership skills: structure, stakeholder management, risk & scope handling
  • Strong affinity for planning and controlling, including solid numbers skills (budgeting, effort, profitability)
  • Confident communication, a solution-oriented mindset and a professional presence with clients
  • High level of ownership and independence — you proactively drive topics to completion
  • Ideally, first experience as a team lead / in functional leadership (or proven leadership through responsibility)
Nice to have:
A basic understanding of digital delivery (e.g. websites/CMS/production) — deep technical expertise is not required.
