AUFGABEN

  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und berätst entsprechend strategisch 
  • Von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live – du steuerst digitale Branding-Projekte zielgerichtet und effizient
  • Du planst und koordinierst Teams sowie Budgets und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Deadlines und Kosten und stellst sicher, dass alle Meilensteine erreicht werden
  • Du trittst souverän vor Kunden auf, leitest ggf. schon Workshops und bringst deine Expertise in Meetings ein
  • Qualität steht bei uns an erster Stelle – du stellst sicher, dass unsere Standards auf deinen Projekten erfüllt werden
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abstimmung
  • Herausforderungen begegnet du mit einer positiven, lösungsorientierten Haltung und überzeugst mit klarer Kommunikation

Das solltest
DU ERFÜLLEN

  • Du hast etwa 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und dem Controlling digitaler Branding-Projekte aus dem Agenturumfeld
  • Du denkst aus der Markenperspektive und entwickelst digitale Branding-Produkte mit einem starken Fokus auf User Experience
  • Du verstehst, wie Marken strategisch positioniert werden und kannst digitale Branding-Projekte effektiv in bestehende Kommunikationsstrategien einbinden
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, hast ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen, die Mehrwert für Kunden und Unternehmen schaffen
  • Du koordinierst komplexe Abläufe souverän, behältst den Überblick und stellst sicher, dass alle Projektbeteiligten effizient zusammenarbeiten
  • Du zeigst ein tiefes technologische Verständnis für Digitalprojekte und entwickelst auf dieser Basis die richtige Projektstruktur

TASKS

  • You are the central contact person for our clients, understand their needs and provide strategic advice accordingly
  • From conception to go-live - you manage digital branding-projects in a targeted and efficient manner
  • You plan and coordinate teams and budgets and ensure that the project runs smoothly
  • You keep track of deadlines and costs and ensure that all milestones are met
  • You appear confidently in front of clients, lead workshops if necessary and bring your expertise to meetings
  • Quality is our top priority - you ensure that our standards are met on your projects
  • You work independently with interdisciplinary teams and ensure smooth coordination
  • You face challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and convince with clear communication
  • You are curious and always keep your finger on the pulse of the times in order to incorporate innovations into our projects

You have
THE FOLLOWING

  • You have around 4+ years of professional experience in planning, managing and controlling digital branding projects in the agency environment
  • You think from the brand perspective and develop digital branding products with a strong focus on user experience
  • You understand how brands are strategically positioned and can effectively integrate digital projects into existing communication strategies
  • You coordinate complex processes confidently, keep an overview and ensure that all project participants work together efficiently
  • You demonstrate a deep technological understanding of digital projects and develop the right project structure on this basis
